Using the app (said I was ready to upgrade) to using a USB drive setup by the media creation tool from Microsoft. Everytime I have tried to upgrade I get the same error: Thencheck to see some other efi filename exists in the same or different folder/subfolder on the 32-bit stick. If different, you must change EFI filename and location on the 32-bit stick to be the same as on the 64-bit stick. Then the BIOS can find the winload.efi for the 32-bit version. May2020. @Aqeelfox. Turn on your laptop→keep press f2 key then you will boot in bios then check if hdd is detecting. And also change bios mode from UEFI to legacy. Theinstallation does not have anything to do with a microsoft account, and for windows 10 you can create a microsoft account which will be your user account (thus enabling all the windows 10 features like cortana etc) or you can stick with a local account, without having a microsoft account. It's not mandatory to have a microsoft account.
